Requirements
Must:
- Experience in designing processes, configuring solutions, and managing technical integrations/data migrations in SuccessFactors.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills, along with well-developed analytical abilities to clarify complex issues and synthesize large amounts of information.
- Experience in a functional and/or technical role within a business or systems delivery environment, preferably across multiple sectors.
- Proven track record in producing project deliverables such as business requirements, functional specifications, configuration documents, process flows, use cases, and requirements traceability matrices.
- Strong interpersonal, team-building, organizational, and motivational skills.
- Awareness of key delivery methodologies, approaches, and market trends in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Focus on complex engagements with a variety of clients to assist them in understanding how Cloud-based BCM technologies can enhance overall business performance.
- Lead and manage one or more functional workstreams, overseeing small to medium-sized combined onshore and offshore delivery teams.
- Work closely with senior client representatives, including global process owners and senior business stakeholders, to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Manage all aspects of projects, including project plans, status reports, issues, risks, assumptions, and scope management.
- Present solution position papers and viewpoints to client forums, such as the Design Authority.
