Senior Project Professional

- Act as a CAM controller managing cost, risk, and schedule on accounts - Conduct CAM reviews on labor profiles and analyze costs and variances - Raise new risks and review existing risks; risk management can be taught in-house - Help prepare data and analysis for project reviews - Lead a small non-complex project or work package of a larger project - Manage the full project lifecycle to ensure customer needs are met and financial benefits achieved - Identify, assess, and manage risks to project success - Apply appropriate project management methods and tools, whether predictive or adaptive - Agree on project approach with stakeholders and prepare realistic plans including quality, risk, and communications plans - Track activities against the project schedule and manage stakeholder involvement - Consolidate expertise from multiple sources to provide coherent advice in line with organizational objectives - Support and promote the development and sharing of specialist knowledge within the organization - Attend on-the-job training as appropriate
