Requirements
Must:
- 2-5 years in IT support, ERP, or application roles
- SAP experience is ideal (others like Kerridge/K8 or MAM Autoparts welcome)
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Server
- PowerShell or SQL scripting is a plus
- Service-oriented, organized, and great communicator
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support and maintenance for ERP systems
- Troubleshoot access, workflow, and data accuracy issues
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on updates and escalations
- Support integrations across accounting, inventory, and CRM
- Deliver clear, friendly user support and training
- Assist with Microsoft 365 tools and general IT tasks
Description
We are looking for an ERP & Application Engineer to join our IT Service Desk team at our Braintree Head Office. In this full-time, permanent role, you will play a key part in supporting and improving our enterprise applications, particularly ERP systems, as well as contributing to broader IT operations and Microsoft 365 support. By joining our collaborative IT team, youll have the opportunity to work on exciting ERP projects and integrations while making a real impact with your ideas and expertise.
