Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates who have experience in a similar MI or data analytics role. You should possess strong data manipulation and reporting skills using SQL, with knowledge of SSRS, SAS, and Excel being desirable. Proven experience in delivering reporting solutions in a business environment is essential. A meticulous attention to detail with a focus on data quality is important, as is familiarity with data confidentiality standards and secure reporting. Excellent communication skills are necessary to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. Additionally, the ability to manage your workload independently and under pressure is crucial.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will maintain and enhance the integrity of MI processes and reporting systems. You will build accurate and timely reporting solutions using SQL and other relevant technologies. Supporting and leading data migration and reporting projects with both internal and external partners will be part of your duties. You will investigate and resolve data processing issues quickly and effectively, and deliver regular and ad hoc MI reports as part of a structured demand process. Additionally, you will mentor junior team members and share your knowledge while collaborating closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs.
