Must:
I am looking for a candidate with 2-4 years of experience in production-level AI/ML delivery. Experience in legal or professional services is a plus. You should be proficient in AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and LangChain. Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure (preferred), AWS, and GCP is essential. Additionally, you should have knowledge of MLOps practices, including CI/CD, model lifecycle management, and monitoring. Experience with Generative AI technologies, such as LLMs, RAG, and chat agents, is important. A background in data engineering, including ETL processes and governance, is also required. Strong coding, communication, and collaboration skills are a must, alongside strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
As our Data Science Engineer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of AI/ML solutions that align with our organization’s Data & AI strategy. You will implement MLOps practices, including CI/CD, model monitoring, and retraining. Utilizing open-source and enterprise tools like LangChain, Azure OpenAI, and Databricks, you will develop generative AI features like embeddings, RAG, and AI agents. You will write clean, testable code while adhering to modern engineering practices and aligning with enterprise architecture and governance. Collaboration with architects and stakeholders will be key as you manage the lifecycle of models and pilot emerging technologies.
