Must:
We are looking for candidates who have a relevant degree or equivalent experience. Strong skills in Power BI and SQL are essential, along with a working knowledge of Python. A good understanding of Git/GitHub workflows is important, as is the ability to communicate confidently and solve problems effectively. We value individuals who are organized, analytical, and proactive. Experience with DAX, Power Automate, APIs, or cloud environments would be a desirable addition.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will have you build and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports. You will write efficient SQL queries for reporting and analysis, and utilize Python for data automation and analysis. Maintaining data accuracy and governance is a key aspect of this position. Additionally, you will support innovation and automation projects, collaborating with internal teams and external IT partners to ensure accurate, high-quality data that drives smarter business decisions.

We are excited to welcome you to our team as an IT Data Engineer. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Burton upon Trent, with a hybrid work model available. The salary for this position ranges from £26,000 to £30,000 per annum.
