Requirements
Must:
I am looking for a Cloud Support Engineer with the following qualifications:
- Knowledge of AWS, specifically services like EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, and CloudWatch.
- Comfort working in a Linux environment; experience with scripting (Bash, Python) is ideally preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.
- A genuine interest in cloud infrastructure, SaaS, and secure technology.
- Willingness to work across support, infrastructure, and client delivery.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Support infrastructure and assist clients while being actively involved in cloud operations and implementations.
- Work directly with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch).
- Assist in managing client onboarding and addressing production issues.
- Collaborate closely with our DevOps and R&D teams.
- Have the opportunity to write automation scripts (Bash or Python) and contribute to wider AI-based deployments.
Description
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their cloud career who wants to develop skills in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and client-facing work within a highly secure and collaborative SaaS environment. The position is fully remote and UK-based, with training and development support provided. Due to the nature of our work, you must be willing and able to go through a high level of security clearance.
