2nd Line Support

We are recruiting for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join our software company based in Shoreham-by-Sea. In this role, you will be responsible for triaging and resolving complex application issues, investigating bugs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will also work on troubleshooting system issues using Unix and SQL commands. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to begin a career in the IT sector. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday, 2pm to 10pm, with an annual salary of £23,500 to £25,000 (dependent on skills and experience) for a 35-hour week. The role is fully office-based in Shoreham, and after a successful 6 months' probation, you can transfer to a hybrid working pattern.
