1st Line IT Engineer

As a 1st Line IT Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for IT-related queries, providing technical support to customers via phone, email, and in person. You will be based at our Head Office in Wigan but will also be required to work onsite at our customers' locations. The role requires working Monday to Friday on a shift basis between the hours of 7 AM and 6 PM.
