Requirements
Must:
- You should have experience as an IT Support Technician or in a similar role.
- A strong background in Office 365 is essential.
- You must be able to commute to various sites in and around Swindon.
Responsibilities
- You will provide a high level of customer service while visiting clients across Swindon.
- Your primary focus will be delivering 1st and 2nd Line support, addressing hardware and software issues for ICT and AV technology.
- You will manage support for 10 schools and Multi Academy Trusts in the Swindon area.

With the recent acquisition of a large contract, we are eager to welcome an IT Support Technician to our team. This role offers continuous training within an MSP environment, along with excellent progression opportunities into Project Management and Team Leader positions. We operate Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4 pm, and we strive to create a dynamic workplace where you can advance your career and develop your technical skills confidently.
