Requirements
Must:
- I am looking for a detail-oriented individual with a strong interest in HR and HR systems.
- Previous experience managing HR systems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors or a similar system, is essential, along with strong skills in SAP functionalities, LMS, and data management.
- I require experience in system troubleshooting, data integrity audits, and compliance checks.
- Strong communication skills are necessary, with the ability to engage with HR, IT, Finance, and senior management.
- The candidate should be highly organised, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- An analytical mindset is essential, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.
- A willingness to learn, adapt to new HR technologies, and support digital transformation projects is important.
Responsibilities
- I expect you to analyse and audit HR data within SAP, ensuring accuracy and integrity through regular checks and reconciliations.
- You will assist in managing position data within SAP, keeping structures aligned with organisational changes.
- Your role will involve generating reports and data sets for senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- I need you to conduct compliance audits to ensure system integrity and regulatory adherence.
- You will support HR operations with purchase order (PO) processes and accurate financial tracking.
- Responding to SAP queries, troubleshooting issues, and supporting system upgrades and testing will be part of your responsibilities.
- I would like you to proactively identify system enhancements and work with the HR SAP Systems Manager to implement improvements.
- Building strong relationships with IT, Finance, and Operations to resolve issues and improve processes will be key.
- You will support process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
- Assisting in change management initiatives and new functionality rollouts will also be part of your role.
