Must:
We are looking for an enthusiastic 3rd Line Support Engineer who possesses the ability to provide a highly personable service. The ideal candidate should have technical experience and abilities that include:
- Experience in a varied IT Support role with a range of technologies
- Proficiency in supporting MS Servers and related technologies, including Exchange and Active Directory
- Familiarity with virtual technologies such as VMWare and Hyper-V
- Basic networking skills
- Both project and BAU experience
- Experience working alongside external stakeholders and customers
Responsibilities
As a 3rd Line Support Engineer, I will expect you to tackle all incoming problems that arise within our support business and assist in finding effective solutions. Your role will involve collaborating on ongoing project work with clients, which will offer a lot of variety and opportunities for professional growth.
