Requirements
Must:
We require that you have experience in data engineering with a proven track record in configuring and using ETL platforms, as well as setting up and administering AWS or Azure Data Platforms. Given the collaborative nature of our environment, excellent communication skills are essential. We will be looking for cloud experience (AWS or Azure), proficiency in PowerBI / Pentaho, Python / Java, and comfort within an Agile environment. It would be beneficial, but not essential, to have knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex data flows to connect operational systems. You will build and maintain data environments, evaluate and develop tools to enhance our data analytics platforms, and identify opportunities to reuse existing data flows between teams.
Description
We offer a hybrid working model, allowing you to work 3 days per week on site in Telford. The package includes a salary of up to £70,000, along with benefits such as private healthcare and a pension matched up to 8%.
