Requirements

Must:
We are seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, intuitive, and driven IT professional. You should have significant experience in a relevant Business or IT role, with strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills. Familiarity with ITIL practices, strong communication skills, and experience in managing key stakeholders are essential. You must possess the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. A good working knowledge of SQL and experience within the banking industry and payment technologies, preferably Swift, will be highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

As an Application Support Analyst, I will rely on you to troubleshoot issues and support the day-to-day requirements of our business units and clients. You will analyze and provide recommendations on existing technical solutions, play a key part in technical projects and initiatives, and ensure that a quality service is provided to our clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Issue debugging and incident management - Managing problems and delivering continual improvement - Performing data and system analysis - Successfully managing change into production - Managing risk within agreed acceptance levels - Facilitating releases and system upgrades into live systems - Ensuring system stability and management of live and UAT environments - Monitoring systems and acting on alerts and system events - Being actively involved in service transition from development teams
