Requirements
Must:
- I require a minimum of one year of experience in a similar role.
- A positive attitude and a friendly, approachable manner are essential.
- Strong organizational skills are a must.
- You should have the ability to learn quickly and work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Polish is required.
Responsibilities
As the Office Manager, my expectations include:
- Managing credit activities to ensure financial stability.
- Overseeing and reconciling financial data using XERO.
- Efficiently organizing appointments and meetings.
- Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting contracts.
In addition to these traditional office management duties, I will also need you to:
- Reach out to potential clients to foster new business relationships.
- Plan and oversee marketing initiatives to enhance the firm’s visibility.
- Actively search for and pursue new business opportunities.
- Increase fees from existing clients while attracting new ones.
- Identify and develop new markets to improve overall sales.
- Develop quotes and proposals for clients.
- Set and ensure the achievement of goals for the team.
- Train personnel and assist in the development of team members' skills.
Description
This position is perfect for ambitious individuals with excellent English language skills. You will report directly to the executive director and play a crucial role in driving sustainable financial growth for the firm. Alongside your regular duties, you will also have exciting business development opportunities.
