Requirements
Must:
We require experience using property management systems, ideally Tramps and/or Proactis P2P. You should be confident working with large data sets and structured data uploads. Additionally, knowledge of lease data flows, charge raising, and supplier onboarding is needed. Proficiency with Excel for reporting and data analysis is essential, as well as familiarity with system testing, upgrades, and support ticket tracking. We also seek someone who is comfortable collaborating across finance, property, and systems teams.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will maintain and troubleshoot the Tramps and Proactis P2P systems. You will manage lease data uploads and track the resolution of any issues or delays that arise. Running and analyzing regular integrity and audit reports will also be part of your duties. You will assist with client onboarding, data migrations, and supplier verification. Additionally, supporting automation and process improvement projects across PMA functions and liaising with property managers, client accountants, and finance teams to resolve system queries will be essential.
