Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience in SQL and Python, ideally with cloud platforms like AWS
- Analytical mindset with the ability to present data-driven decisions to stakeholders
- Problem-solving skills and experience working with complex datasets
- Knowledge of agile software development, including automated testing and CI/CD
- Great communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Responsibilities
- Continuously assess and improve data products, ensuring high performance and reliability
- Act as a subject matter expert on data processes and share knowledge across teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical insights
- Write high-quality application code and tests that meet industry standards
- Review colleagues' work, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to a strong team culture

We are a fast-growing data company located in Manchester, offering a hybrid work model with 2 days in the office per week. We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer who loves solving complex data challenges, working with cutting-edge Big Data technologies, and collaborating with Machine Learning and Product teams to enhance our products.
