Requirements
Must:
We are looking for individuals with excellent experience as a Data Engineer, particularly within the Financial Services or Insurance sectors, and a strong track record of working in regulated environments. Expertise in Databricks is essential, and we prefer candidates who hold a Databricks certification. You should have experience architecting and engineering Databricks solutions from the ground up. Proficiency in Python or Spark is required, along with demonstrated expertise in modern data pipelines and production deployment. We also value fantastic communication skills and consultative/stakeholder management experience, as you will be expected to assist stakeholders in using the platform effectively.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be decommissioning a legacy commodities platform and transitioning into a new platform team. You will be an active participant in the development and enhancement of our data solutions, ensuring stakeholders are well-supported and knowledgeable about the platform.
