We are looking for an experienced Project and Program Leader with over 7 years of experience in leading IT and business solution delivery. Experience within a pharmaceutical environment is highly preferred. You should have a proven track record of delivering technical and business projects in complex and regulated environments, adhering to strict timelines, budgets, and scopes. Additionally, you must demonstrate the ability to successfully define, plan, and execute enterprise-level technology initiatives that align with business objectives. Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary teams from business, technical, and data departments is essential. Excellent communication skills are a must, as you will need to translate technical concepts, activities, and deliverables to non-technical stakeholders. You should be skilled at balancing technical delivery with stakeholder engagement, collaboration, and communication.

As a Business & Program Management Leader, you will partner with the business accountable and team to drive the development of new tools and processes that will enable the organization to achieve its vision. You will use appropriate project management methodologies that best fit the project team's needs, scope, and plan to execute projects. Your role will ensure solutions are adopted, and the intended value is realized within the agreed timeframe and in an iterative manner. You'll be responsible for enabling team norms, promoting effective decision-making, driving progress, designing and facilitating meetings, simplifying processes, and coaching for effective change leadership. It will be your responsibility to ensure the wider business is aware of the project and its impact, identifying concerns and opportunities early on.
