Requirements
Must:
- I am looking for an experienced S/4HANA Waste Management / PTM consultant with at least 2-3 lifecycle implementation experiences covering Design, Build, and Validation in the Waste Management space.
- Experience in the nuclear industry is beneficial.
- I require candidates who are BPSS cleared and able to obtain SC clearance.
- Additionally, I will consider only UK Nationals for this role.
Responsibilities
- I expect you to configure End-to-End Waste Management processes and implement SAP EHS Waste Management modules within S/4HANA.
- You will set up waste streams, disposal channels, permits, and transportation documents in accordance with regulatory compliance, ensuring alignment with nuclear industry regulations (e.g., UK Environment Agency, IAEA standards), and managing regulatory waste codes linked to compliance requirements.
- You will integrate waste materials with logistics data for traceability and connect with SAP Product Compliance for dangerous goods and labeling.
- Utilizing embedded analytics, you will monitor waste generation, transport, and disposal, while also supporting sustainability and compliance reporting.
- Collaboration with Environmental Managers, Production Operators, and Master Data Specialists will be part of your role.
- You should possess deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA EHS Waste Management and Fiori apps, as well as experience with SPRO configuration, BRF+ output management, and integration with other SAP modules.

- I am particularly interested in candidates with industry-specific knowledge, including an understanding of nuclear waste classification, handling protocols, and cradle-to-grave tracking, along with familiarity with hazardous waste regulations and radioactive material controls. - Lastly, I need someone capable of managing complex compliance requirements and documentation workflows, with experience in regulatory audits and environmental reporting.
