Requirements
Must:
We require candidates to hold current SC Clearance. You should have experience with PC build and desktop support to 2nd line level, as well as proficiency in Windows 11.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and promoting the highest level of service to our clients. You will adhere to technical standards and service delivery processes, ensuring that our service delivery is both cost-effective and efficient. Your day-to-day activities will include:
- Providing 1st and 2nd line support for incidents and catalog requests.
- Building, configuring, and deploying desktops, laptops, and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) for end users.
- Administering and supporting PABX.
- Assisting with software installation and deployment.
- Troubleshooting both software and hardware issues.
- Managing to work within challenging service level agreements (SLAs), following escalation paths to the leadership team and product specialists promptly when necessary.
- Providing smartphone support via Intune.
- Conducting local network cable patching.
- Supporting M365, Autopilot, and Intune.
Description
This role is an SC Cleared position with a 6-month initial contract, offering a daily rate of £250 - £300 (inside IR35). Please note that this position is onsite in Yeovil. We look forward to your application if you meet the requirements and are excited to join our team.
