Requirements
Must:
- Essential: Experience in IT administration and application support
- Knowledge of products and applications
- Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Desirable: Familiarity with Kanban Boards or Software Lifecycle Management Tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Experience with Configuration Management Tools (MSP, Visio, Power BI, Archer)
- ITIL Foundation V3/V4 certification
- Awareness of ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials/Cyber Essentials Plus
Responsibilities
- Support regular updates and hotfixes for products across multiple platforms
- Collaborate with multi-site, global, offshore development, administration, and product management teams
- Maintain and utilize various deployment systems
- Partner with administrators, developers, and product managers to establish and execute the technology vision and strategy, enhancing end-user functionality
- Identify and resolve operational problems in physical and virtual environments, and support production web applications and root cause remediation
- Respond in a timely manner to established monitoring alerts to ensure system quality, availability, security, performance, and minimize time to resolution
- Create and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all IT activities
- Participate in on-call and after hours maintenance activities
- Engage in and manage major incidents
