FIS Quantum/Echos Production Support Engineer

As a Service Engineer, my responsibility will be to provide end-to-end support for FIS Quantum and Echos treasury management systems. I will maintain static data within the Quantum environment to ensure system integrity. Troubleshooting, fixing, and authoring Enterprise Workflow Framework (EWF) in Quantum, including reports and action-based triggers, will be part of my daily tasks. I will identify and resolve interface issues with bank statements and cash flows, configure, troubleshoot, and fix CashXplorer functionality, and support core treasury processes including In-House Banking (IHB), cash forecasting, and Intercompany Settlement. Learning the internal systems to provide comprehensive end-to-end support to users, analyzing, prioritizing related support tickets, and providing timely solutions will also fall within my responsibilities. I will document resolution steps and knowledge base articles, support system upgrades and patches, and monitor system performances to recommend improvements. My technical operations duties will include applying strong Oracle/SQL Server database expertise to maintain system performance, authoring and optimizing SQL queries for data extraction and reporting, and assisting with integration points between FIS systems and Oracle Fusion AGIS/GL modules. Moreover, I will ensure compliance with governance requirements, maintain SOPs and process documentation, assess readiness for quarterly cloud updates, and participate in change management processes to minimize operational disruptions.
