Requirements

Must:
- PhD (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Quantitative Finance, or related fields. - Deep experience with machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and data mining, particularly from unstructured or alternative sources. - Strong coding ability in Python, with familiarity in cloud environments and scalable data platforms. - Experience with data pipeline tools such as Kafka, SQL, DevOps, and microservices. - Prior publications, patents or research contributions.

Responsibilities

- Develop scalable data infrastructure and AI models to support next-generation sustainable investment strategies. - Build real-time data pipelines and mine alternative and unstructured datasets. - Apply advanced machine learning techniques to surface insights that drive portfolio construction. - Collaborate within a tech-forward quant research team focused on innovation and solving complex problems using modern AI and machine learning techniques. - Design intelligent systems that uncover hidden signals in data and influence asset allocation while contributing to original research and innovative projects.

We offer a salary range of £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, with opportunities to work on a hybrid basis in London.
