Must:
I am looking for a Lead System Administrator with strong technical engineering experience, specifically in administering IT systems across Firewalls, Load Balancers, VPNs, wireless networks, and LAN infrastructure. You should have expertise in system administration within a multi-cloud environment, including GCP, Azure, and AWS. Proficiency in Firewall and Fortinet administration is essential, along with demonstrable experience leading in a systems admin setting. Please note that this position requires Developed Vetting, so candidates must be British Nationals.
Responsibilities
As the Lead System Administrator, you will lead the design, configuration, and deployment of networking and security solutions. I expect you to provide support and administration for a variety of technical systems, including leading technical support and system administration for a multi-cloud environment (GCP, AWS, and Azure). Your role will also include providing technical support for VPNs, LANs, Load Balancing, and Firewalls, conducting routine monitoring and analysis, and offering expertise and technical input to various project work.
Description
In return for your skills and commitment, I am offering a competitive salary of up to £47,000, along with a pension scheme with employer contributions of up to 28%. You will also receive five days of annual leave per year, which increases to 31.5 days after five years of service, as well as a minimum of five days dedicated to learning and development each year.
