Requirements
Must:
- Extensive knowledge of SQL Development and performance tuning
- Strong experience in BI Development, including Data Warehouse architecture and development
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, project scoping, and effort estimation
- Familiarity with development methodologies and source control
- Understanding of Continuous Integration methodologies, testing, and documentation
- Knowledge of Power BI/Fabric and/or other BI tools
- Good knowledge of PowerShell is ideal
- Comprehensive understanding of database design principles and relevant database technologies
- Expertise in database performance and security optimizations
- Ability to research technical areas of interest and share knowledge with colleagues
Responsibilities
- I will undertake consultancy work to create and develop high-quality data and BI solutions for clients
- I will collaborate closely with colleagues and clients to analyze requirements and identify solutions
- I will build functional and technical designs, and will document, test, and implement as required
- I will understand the needs of multiple clients and their users and combine high customer service standards with strong commercial awareness to ensure client satisfaction
- I will proactively assess clients' current and future requirements, providing advice and recommendations, while promoting additional services
- I will represent the company in a technical role during client discussions, confidently leading technical meetings as appropriate
- I will ensure that development and implementation support efforts meet integration and performance expectations
- I am committed to ongoing training and professional development to support my strong performance and meet the needs of the company, its partners, and clients
Description

This is a completely remote role, and candidates can be located anywhere in the UK. The salary range for this position is £45,000 - £53,000 per annum, depending on experience.
