MongoDB Site Reliability

This role will be based in Knutsford. As an Assistant Vice President, I expect you to advise and influence decision-making, contribute to policy development, and ensure operational effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with other functions and business divisions and lead a team performing complex tasks using well-developed professional knowledge and skills. Setting objectives for team members, coaching them towards those objectives, and appraising their performance will be part of your responsibilities. If you do not have direct leadership responsibilities, I expect you to lead collaborative assignments, guiding team members through structured assignments and identifying specialization needs. You will also be involved in consulting on complex issues and providing advice to support the resolution of escalated issues. Your role will require risk mitigation and the development of new policies and procedures in support of our control and governance agenda. You will engage in complex analysis of data from multiple sources, creatively solving problems while effectively communicating complex information to stakeholders.
