Senior Site Reliability Engineer - Hardingstone

This role is based in our Knutsford campus. As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will be expected to contribute to or set strategy, drive requirements, and recommend changes. You will have responsibilities around planning resources, budgets, and policies while managing processes for continuous improvement. If you are in a management position, you will define jobs, counsel employees on performance, and contribute to decisions regarding pay changes. People Leaders must demonstrate leadership behaviors that foster an environment where colleagues can thrive. You are expected to guide technical direction as a subject matter expert, lead collaborative assignments, and mentor less experienced specialists. You will also be involved in advising stakeholders, managing risks according to governance agendas, and demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of organizational functions to help achieve business goals. Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to accomplish key business objectives is essential.
