Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in utilizing appropriate tools and technologies for the design, development, build, testing, and deployment of Java/JEE applications.
- Demonstrable experience in integrating disparate applications and technologies using Java.
- Familiarity with a range of modern web application frameworks and integration technologies.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex relationships and data sets.
Responsibilities
- Implement the software development life cycle: build, maintain, test, deliver, release, and document software solutions.
- Write clean, secure, and well-tested software with method commentary.
- Complete all necessary documentation such as support manuals, test, and release notes.
- Investigate and fix faults, providing root cause analysis and recommendations.
- Carry out releases, troubleshoot, and provide support.
- Perform infrastructure maintenance tasks.
- Understand and apply architectural pattern designs.
- Translate design into code and document work using required standards.
- Design solutions with embedded security controls.
- Adhere to our technical and process standards.
- Ensure solutions are user-focused, strategically aligned, and integrated across teams.
- Build and test software to meet design specifications.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and propose solutions.
