Requirements

Must:
- An undergraduate degree. - Strong analytical skills, including experience with large data sets, data modeling, data manipulation, and data visualization (especially dashboarding). - Ability to solve complex client/customer problems utilizing relevant analytical approaches and cutting-edge predictive algorithms/AI. - Proficiency in turning strategic intent into high-quality deliverables under time constraints. - Skill in synthesizing complex quantitative and qualitative data into clear, actionable insights. - Understanding of business processes and goals to align data analysis with business objectives. - Insight into customer needs and priorities, using data and insights to enhance a customer-centric journey. - Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex findings to diverse audiences. - Technical problem solver with a strategic mindset, providing insights to the wider team. - Numerically adept, particularly with tools like Excel or similar for data analysis. - Effective time management and multitasking abilities. - Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

- Provide contextualized, actionable customer insights that enhance commercial growth and inform strategic and operational priorities. - Analyze large volumes of data to uncover trends and narratives that drive business performance using advanced analytics. - Create intuitive dashboards and compelling visual outputs that communicate complex analyses clearly to stakeholders at all levels. - Maintain high standards for data accuracy, reliability, and consistency across all deliverables. - Proactively identify opportunities for performance improvement, leading or contributing to analytical or research projects. - Collaborate efficiently with teams across the business to align analytics with strategic goals and deliver comprehensive, insight-led recommendations. - Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and briefing materials for senior leadership and external stakeholders. - Design and evolve reporting tools to continuously monitor key performance indicators and overall business health. - Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitor activity, and internal performance to pinpoint risks and opportunities. - Employ a curious mindset and advanced techniques, including predictive analytics, AI, and statistical modeling, to enhance insight generation. - Exhibit curiosity, energy, and a passion for translating insights into practical, meaningful action.
