Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in IT management or a senior infrastructure leadership role.
- Strong background in systems administration, networks, and cloud platforms (Microsoft 365 / Azure preferred).
- Experience managing ERP or business system rollouts and integration projects.
- Solid understanding of data governance, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience delivering multi-site or business-critical technology projects.
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and engage across all levels of the organization.
- Highly organized and proactive, with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Relevant third-level qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver an IT strategy that supports operational and strategic objectives.
- Oversee infrastructure performance across on-premise and cloud environments, ensuring security, stability, and scalability.
- Manage ERP and business-critical system implementations, integrations, and process improvements.
- Lead automation and digital workflow initiatives to enhance efficiency across departments.
- Implement strong cybersecurity controls and maintain compliance with relevant frameworks (e.g., Cyber Essentials).
- Ensure IT policies, governance, and documentation meet regulatory and data protection requirements.
- Provide effective leadership and direction to the IT team, driving collaboration and professional development.
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and service-level performance.
- Monitor IT budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and value delivery.
- Deliver technical support and training to internal users, fostering confidence in IT systems and tools.
