Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar
- Hands-on development experience with C#, ASP.NET, and .NET framework
- Experience with VB.NET preferred
- Proven experience leading or mentoring development teams
- Strong background in SQL Server/MySQL, API development, and RESTful services
- Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams
- Experience in Retail, Manufacturing, or Cloud environments is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of software projects - planning, development, delivery, and beyond
- Collaborate with product owners, project managers, and stakeholders to define priorities and remove roadblocks
- Ensure projects are on time, on budget, and on spec by making key technical and architectural decisions
- Contribute to development work and demonstrate best practices
- Conduct code reviews and ensure development best practices are followed
- Stay ahead of emerging tools and technologies, bringing fresh ideas to the table
- Partner with QA, UX/UI, and DevOps to deliver seamless, scalable solutions
- Maintain open and transparent communication within the team and across the business
