- Setting up secure networks, user access, device management, and internal systems.
- Creating processes and documentation for best-practice IT operations.
- Acting as the go-to expert for all IT support across the company.
- Monitoring system performance, security, and reliability.
- Managing hardware, software, licenses, updates, and backups.
- Leading multiple IT and tech-related projects simultaneously.
- Working closely with leadership to support in-house software development ambitions.
- Researching, testing, and implementing new solutions and technologies.
- Finding innovative ways to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
