Must:

Responsibilities

- Create an environment of accountability through technical excellence and continuous improvement
- Develop and implement long-term technical strategy
- Play a key role in delivering good outcomes for customers
- Mentor and coach software engineers, promoting their professional development
- Ensure compliance with relevant information security and regulatory standards
- Balance project deadlines with maintaining high-quality deliverables
