Requirements
Must:
- 5 years' experience leading or mentoring Business Analysts
- Strong background in structured analysis, business process modelling, and stakeholder collaboration
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
- Experience working in or with a BA Centre of Excellence or standards-focused environment
Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst Practice Lead, I will focus on practice leadership, not just delivery. I will work across the BA function to:
- Define and govern BA standards, methodologies, templates, and workflows
- Promote consistency and traceability in requirements gathering
- Mentor and develop BAs, run workshops, and guide training initiatives
- Lead process improvement and support value-driven analysis practices
- Promote effective use of tools like Jira and Confluence
- Stay current with BA trends and contribute to thought leadership
- Provide supervisory oversight for assigned BAs
