Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a customer-focused team player with an enthusiasm for learning new technologies. The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of the following:
- Networking principles including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Cybersecurity best practices.
- Experience with Active Directory administration.
- Familiarity with Exchange Online administration, including mail flow, security, and compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating system support and troubleshooting.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware/software faults, perform root cause analysis, and escalate issues appropriately.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide efficient and effective 2nd line support by responding to incidents and requests from our customers. You will diagnose device faults and ensure optimal availability of IT equipment for our learners and staff. Additionally, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the administration of Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Testing and evaluating new software.
- Installing IT equipment and software.
- Ensuring calls are logged and monitored effectively, and escalating issues where necessary.
Description

Please note that we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role. The position requires a commitment of 36 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, with a salary range of £27,387 - £32,642 per annum.
