Requirements
Must:
We require a proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Engineer. You should have a strong background in modern software engineering, particularly with Java. Knowledge of microservices, Hexagonal architecture, MongoDB, and Kafka is essential. You should have experience working with large-scale, complex digital products, along with a focus on quality, security, and technical standards. Excellent communication and leadership skills are also a must.
Responsibilities
As our Technical Lead, you will lead, mentor, and support a team of engineers. You will set the technical direction and influence the wider strategy while ensuring the delivery of secure, high-quality, and assured services. Additionally, you will champion best practices across engineering and architecture, contribute to the evolution of technical stacks and ways of working, and collaborate with other teams to align with our organisational goals.
