Requirements
Must:
- I require 6+ years of experience in sourcing, preferably in telecommunications or electronics.
- Strong negotiation, contracting, and stakeholder management skills are essential for this position.
- I seek someone with a proven track record of delivering savings and supplier improvements.
- Excellent project management, data analysis, and presentation skills are necessary.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems is expected, with SAP being a plus.
- A degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field is required.
Responsibilities
- I will need you to develop and implement sourcing and category strategies.
- You will manage supplier contracts, negotiations, and performance reviews.
- I expect you to lead RFX projects and secure competitive, value-driven deals.
- Analyzing spend, benchmarking pricing, and identifying savings opportunities will be part of your role.
- You will enhance sourcing processes to ensure efficiency and mitigate risks.
Description
I am seeking an experienced Category Sourcing Expert to manage end-to-end sourcing operations for ancillary products such as cell site racks, cable management, and tools. In this role, you will build strong supplier partnerships, deliver cost savings, and optimize sourcing strategies to support our business needs.
