Requirements
Must:
- Experience delivering project management on complex projects to time and budget
- Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies
- PRINCE2, APM or equivalent qualifications (desirable)
- Understanding of change management principles, with PROSCI ADKAR knowledge (desirable)
- Ability to translate data into management information and devise solutions for complex problems
- Strong relationship-building skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of standard IT applications, such as web mapping and analytical programming
- Awareness of data protection and cyber considerations
- Ability to balance technical skills with operational customer needs
- Proficient in MS Suite
Responsibilities
- Develop critical process and system projects linked to RIIO ED1 & ED2 output drivers
- Manage and deliver process and IT projects within agreed quality and timeframes
- Plan and manage interdependencies between workstreams and Transformation projects
- Assist in budget forecasting and track agreed financial investments
- Manage project risks and develop contingency plans
- Track contracted deliverables against requirements and roadmap delivery
- Deliver Change Management strategy and ensure effective transition to BAU
- Validate expected benefits and improvements of delivered solutions
- Manage day-to-day project resources to meet agreed timelines and scope
- Line management of up to 2 Analysts or Admin roles as needed
