Must:

- Proven ability in system configuration, optimization, and utilization (Oracle Fusion, NetSuite, Dynamics, SAP)
- Experience defining and delivering system functionality improvements
- Requirement gathering and project delivery capabilities
- Impeccable communication skills for internal stakeholder management between technical teams
- Team management or mentorship experience
- A flexible, can-do attitude
- Any experience working with Oracle Fusion would be a plus
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of downstream system configuration, optimization, and utilization
- Work closely with technical stakeholders to identify and deliver system and process improvements
- Manage a dynamic, autonomous team of five
- Promote a knowledge-sharing driven culture within the team
- Ensure all team members can progress quickly in their careers
