Must:
- SAP Key user (ERP) experience is essential
- Good PC skills, including Microsoft packages
- Experience working with SAP WMS and Power BI
- Experience in liaising with customers with problem-solving involvement
- Strong analytical skills
- Stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Ensure customer requirements are translated and reflected in the SAP system
- Act as the contact between IT and warehouse operators managing import/export/stock and inventory
- Test customer solutions presented by IT for effectiveness
- Problem-solve complex issues that arise in the system
- Conduct regular meetings with customers to understand and support their needs
- Manage inventory, cycle counting, and stock control
- Analyze data within the system to identify improvements
- Implement new customers into the warehouse
- Report on test matrix
- Collaborate with the SAP team in other countries for alignment
- Provide support for warehouse operators
- Present continuous improvement and process optimization solutions
- Create and deliver training and development for the SAP Warehouse support team
