Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a candidate with proven experience as a Microsoft Administrator, specifically with hands-on expertise in SCCM and Application Packaging. You should have a strong knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) and Microsoft 365 administration. Experience with Microsoft 365 tools, such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and security features, is essential. Proficiency in deploying, configuring, and managing policies within Microsoft environments is required. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex technical issues are necessary. Familiarity with governance, compliance, and security best practices is important, as is experience with scripting and automation (PowerShell preferred). Excellent communication skills are essential for supporting end-users and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will manage and administer the Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365 services. Your responsibilities will include deploying, configuring, and managing policies within these platforms, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. You will also package applications and manage deployments using SCCM. Overseeing patch management processes, implementing security updates, and maintaining Microsoft environments will be part of your duties. You will troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across multiple platforms, implement governance and compliance best practices, and develop automation scripts to streamline administrative tasks. Additionally, you will provide clear and effective support to end-users and business stakeholders while maintaining up-to-date documentation and ensuring adherence to organizational standards.
Description
