Must:
I am seeking a candidate with a university degree in computer science or a related field. You should have a strong understanding of the Epicor ERP system, backed by previous experience as a Developer or Systems Analyst. A high proficiency in SSRS, REST API, KPIs, development, integration, and customization is essential. Additionally, you must possess a solid understanding of ERP business processes, including MRP, BoM, MoM, production, finance, warehousing, logistics, and procurement. Experience in ERP maintenance, support, and training is required, along with competence in project and stakeholder management. Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills are crucial. Experience with website integrations, CRM, SharePoint, and Power BI would be advantageous. We value a practical, 'hands-on' approach to strategic execution and implementation.
Responsibilities
In this pivotal role, you will manage and optimize the use of the Epicor ERP system to enhance our business processes and efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include providing subject matter expertise on the Epicor system and identifying opportunities for process improvements. You will manage day-to-day operations and assist users with application-specific support calls while identifying and resolving issues to ensure the delivery of business benefits. You will also direct and manage multiple ERP/Epicor projects from proposal to full deployment, collaborating with Epicor Consultants and Epicor Support to fully utilize the software. Planning and overseeing future improvements, customizations, and upgrades to Epicor will be a critical part of your job. Additionally, you will develop and deliver Epicor training for employees and administer and manage the ERP system in coordination with the IT department.
