Responsibilities

In the Software Licensing Officer position, you will play a key role within our IT Commercial & Contracts Team. Your primary responsibilities will include managing all software licenses for the university, contributing to procurement activities, and ensuring compliance with software license agreements. You will facilitate the onboarding of new software in collaboration with the central procurement team. Additionally, you will conduct regular software licensing audits to ensure that our software is fit for purpose and being utilized effectively, meeting the business needs of the university.
