Software Developer - PACT Framework

In this role, you will: - Design, develop, and enhance software solutions that deliver business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues. - Ensure the development and delivery of high-quality software solutions using industry-aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools, while maintaining code scalability, maintainability, and performance optimization. - Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements and devise solution strategies that align with business objectives. - Partner with various functions and business areas to ensure effective integration of solutions. - Take responsibility for the end results of your team's operational processes and activities, as well as for embedding new policies and procedures adopted for risk mitigation. - Advise and influence decision-making within your area of expertise. - Manage risks and strengthen controls related to your work or contributions. - Deliver your work and areas of responsibility in line with relevant rules, regulations, and codes of conduct. - Act as a contact point for stakeholders outside your immediate team, while building a network of relationships both internally and externally.
