Requirements
Must:
- I require experience in building and shipping large-scale applications.
- You should be knowledgeable in Java and/or Kotlin.
- A solid understanding of AWS and/or GCP is necessary.
- I value experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and pair programming.
- Familiarity with third-party libraries and APIs is important.
- You should have experience leading engineering decisions in complex environments and influencing a wide range of stakeholders.
- A strong understanding of software architecture and architectural patterns, including microservices and event-driven architectures, is essential.
- Experience with CI/CD in complex environments is needed.
- A proven track record of creating highly performant, scalable applications is required.
- Leadership experience is a must.
Responsibilities
- I expect you to lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance core applications.
- While overseeing multiple teams, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our development strategy.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions is key in this role.
