Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with strong proficiency in Java and a solid understanding of system design principles. Experience in designing and implementing scalable, distributed systems is essential. Familiarity with front-end technologies such as React or Angular is beneficial, along with experience in databases (SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling. Knowledge of cloud services, preferably AWS, and DevOps practices is also a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are key. While financial industry experience or knowledge of asset management concepts is advantageous, it is not a requirement.
Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Java Developer, you will be responsible for full-stack development, including front-end, back-end, and infrastructure tasks. You will collaborate closely with our small but highly skilled team to deliver innovative solutions. Your role will involve optimizing system performance, troubleshooting issues, and continuously improving our software. Additionally, you will implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment, and participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and research projects.
