Requirements

Must:
We require a Senior Software Engineer with deep core knowledge of Temenos Transact (T24). You should possess the following essential skills and experience: - Expertise in Temenos Transact (T24) with deep hands-on experience, including L3 code development. - Proficiency in InfoBasic, TAFJ componentised code, and OFS processing. - Experience with version APIs, enquiry APIs, Core API hooks, and multi-thread routines. - Strong knowledge of T24 customisation, data model, and Oracle storage. - Solid understanding of SWIFT, delivery advice workflows, and corporate actions. - Working knowledge of Securities Trading, administration, and related modules. - Familiarity with the Temenos Integration Framework, IRIS, JBoss, and channel interface configurations preferred. - Experience with Core Java, Oracle Database administration or tuning is a plus.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will have the following key responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions using T24 technologies. - Guide and support the team throughout the development lifecycle. - Promote continuous delivery practices, including iterative development, test automation, and frequent releases. - Provide mentorship and technical leadership across the team. - Write clean, efficient code with appropriate documentation and unit testing. - Conduct peer reviews and offer constructive feedback on code and technical designs. - Champion engineering excellence and help shape team culture and best practices.

This is a hands-on engineering role with a strong background in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), story writing, and backlog grooming being advantageous. Additionally, we advocate for testability and modern testing approaches, including shift-left principles, and expect experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices along with a robust understanding of system integration patterns and related technologies.
