Must:
We are looking for someone who is experienced in Scrum/Kanban methodologies. You should have a proven track record as a technical and team leader, balancing hands-on technical skills with leadership in delivery, project, and stakeholder management. A strong ability to build client relationships, understand challenges, and provide effective technical and project solutions is essential. You should also have experience managing a team of 6 direct reports while effectively handling your personal project workload. Proficiency in Java, automation, mobile (native and/or cross-platform), and modern cloud infrastructure is required.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will take on technical leadership by confidently discussing technical designs with clients and aligning solutions with their business goals. You will lead the design, implementation, and documentation of software solutions, ensuring coding standards and codebase health. Hands-on development is also part of the job; you'll contribute to coding on projects as needed, troubleshooting complex issues and evaluating emerging technologies for relevance. Furthermore, you will foster a collaborative and psychologically safe team culture, provide mentorship and coaching, and promote continuous learning and improvement within the team.
