Must:
I am looking for a candidate with over 9 years of experience who can act as an individual contributor and lead. You should have the capability to work closely with product owners to gather requirements and drive the design, development, and delivery of solutions. The skill set I seek includes strong expertise in Java/Spring as a full stack developer, as well as proficiency in XML/JSON, REST, and SQL/PL SQL. Secondary skills that would be beneficial include knowledge of Agile methodologies, DevOps tools, and HTML/JavaScript. Additionally, I value strong analytical and problem-solving skills which will enable you to break down requirements and find efficient solutions. Experience using application servers such as WebSphere and Apache/Tomcat is also essential.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will serve as a fully seasoned and proficient technical resource. You will be responsible for Java full stack development, specifically handling web applications. I expect you to work effectively with minimal supervision while receiving general guidance from team leads or senior developers. Your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, enhancing, debugging, supporting, maintaining, and testing complex software applications that support our business units or supporting functions.
